They're working on getting me a loaner, but they said because I bought it from Mark Dodge and not them, they are having issues locating me a loaner.
Good luck I really hope this fixes your issues. Both batteries failed and replaced this morning. They said nothing came up in the draw test. Picking it up later today so we'll see.

Yeah, I started looking at the Chevy 1500 ZR2's with the small diesel or even the Colorado's ZR2's with the AEV package. It will fix them one way or another. I've decided that if these fail I'll replace them with non-OEM batteries one more time to rule out that as the cause. After that I'll trade in and cut losses which unfortunately means a downgrade in some direction - probably a Raptor.
Had the new Colorado ZR2 before this...the engine is meh, angry sewing machine. Plus no Sport Mode...boooo. One of my favorite looking trucks though!!Yeah, I started looking at the Chevy 1500 ZR2's with the small diesel or even the Colorado's ZR2's with the AEV package.
Yep, I can’t figure it out. When I hook up the solar charger, it shows about 25%. After a few hours in the sun and charging, it shows 75% or more. Then I start the car and the battery shows around 13.2 - 13.4V. It doesn’t go higher than that anymore. Got a 250 mile trip tomorrow, see if that changes anything. So far everything seems ok with the new batteries. I can tell you I'm not a fan of wondering what's gonna happen when I push the button though.
This is EXACTLY what happened to me. I can't even begin to explain how much it hurt me to accept that my truck was a problem child but I also can't explain how much anxiety the RHO caused me. Every morning, I would hold my breath starting the truck then hope no errors popped up. I lived like this for about 4-5 months. Couldn't do it anymore. The Raptor is not nearly as fun as the RHO (I already want to tune the Raptor so it feels like it has some balls) but I also never have a second thought about it starting or not/throwing random electrical errors. I am old enough now to recognize I need a functional vehicle first, a fun vehicle second.Just like you guys, my truck has died 3 times. The first I thought it was the issue with keeping the keys by the garage door while it was parked overnight, so I started putting them all the across the house in my bedroom. Then it dies again, but I thought that might be because I left it parked in the garage for 10-14 days and I read on here that that can drain the battery also. Finally, the third time it died, I jumped it and took it to the dealer and it's been there almost two weeks now. They tested both batteries and they said that they are fine but 1 of four modules is bad which is causing the battery drain?
Oh, and apparently one of the modules they need - ABS Module - 687-08521AB is on a national back order so they can't fix it and can't give me an ETA of when it will be fixed. So, I'm stuck driving my wife's suburban around. I love the truck, the engine has more than enough power, the transmission is great, and the interior is amazing, but I hate that everywhere I go I'm always worried if its going to start. And this is on a 2025 Ram RHO, Level 1, with only 4,400 miles on it. I purchased it this past January '25 from Mark Dodge.

The weird thing is mine always showed over 14.3-14.4 even on the bad batteries. It was like they could accept the alternator charge but lost it quick.Yep, I can’t figure it out. To me best looking truck on the road besides the RHO.Had the new Colorado ZR2 before this...the engine is meh, angry sewing machine. Plus no Sport Mode...boooo. One of my favorite looking trucks though!!

Fuuuck.Dealer assigned a STAR case for it. Looks like this is gonna be a long wait.![]()
I'm going to contact the dealership this morning to see if they have a ballpark idea of when I'm getting my truck back. From someone who knows, I am sorry you are dealing with this and hope it works itself out for the best, one way or another.

Dealer phones a friend because they can't figure it out. STAR case gets a Ram engineer involved. It's not a good sign.I'm going to contact the dealership this morning to see if they have a ballpark idea of when I'm getting my truck back.
