Diablo CAT 6 Tuner For Sale

Forum,

I have a brand new CAT 6 Tuner unopened in the original unopened shipping box that I purchased from 747.
After researching the factory discovery methods I have decided to just stick with my Roar Petal Control. (I am apparently a coward)

I would love to sell this at a discounted rate if anyone is interested.
Courage acquired - sale withdrawn. Thanks for all the responses!

I'd be interested in hearing the info for sure. I'm in the same boat. Would love to get a CAT6 eventually, but overly paranoid as well especially with the extended warranty. I don't have any experience with my local dealership service department yet since this is my first RAM so any/all "reassurance" would be greatly appreciated!

CAT 6 is back on the market but now has been opened and tested for two weeks. Price is $500 if interested.

Before you ask: the test period was fantastic, tremendous power upgrade and the fuel mileage actually improved from 14.2 to 14.8 MPG when driven appropriately in level 1. I tested level 3 once and never used level 2.
For me "old" I prefer the Roar throttle controller and don't need the additional HP...

Interesting! With a stellar review of the Cat6 like yours I’m surprised you would prefer the Roar pedal.

You seem knowledgeable about this topic - can you tell me what level tune I can run on 91 octane? The only 93 in my area is not a top tier fuel so I am limited to 91.
FYI I was one of the beta testers for the RHO. You can use the level 3 with 91...93 is preferred but you can still use it.

It has been on our truck for most of our 10k miles...I use level 2 when towing our boat...Holley beat the crap out of their RHO, towing, more pulls than you can imagine and zero issues.

Logs get overwritten all the time....if there are issues, you remove the unit and drive it to the dealer or let it idle for a bit if it can't move under it own power and the logs will be overwritten.

Do you remember if your mileage improved with your cat6? RT66 has an impressive claim there. i’m still holding out for the factory unicorn tune, but a half a mile extra per gallon is motivational.

I don’t honestly. Most of the driving is in town so it’s just crappy 🤣

Well, just try mine and if you don't like it you can send it back

Doesn’t the cat6 have the throttle responder built in? That is its selling feature over the jb4. So why the need for the roar and the cat6? Maybe I’m missing something I’m not a tune expert but did just buy myself a cat6. Gets delivered tomorrow thanks to that memorial day sale..

The ROAR is much more responsive than the CAT 6 throttle. Not the power but great throttle response.

My post never indicates running them together.

You do know you can adjust the throttle response on the Cat6 just like the ROAR.
I did not know that, I only tested level 1 and 3. I guess I didn't see the throttle option.

Based on that information, I really missed out on the great feature of CAT 6
