Do I qualify for Lemon Law?

Seems silly to me to think that just because the dealer has your vehicle for X-amount of days that it would qualify for a lemon law. This usually takes multiple, repeated trips to the dealer for the same issue, with extended downtime.
From the state website:

"Under California's Lemon Law, a vehicle may be presumed to be a "lemon" if it has been in the shop for more than 30 days (cumulative, not necessarily in a row) for repairs of any problems covered by its warranty.

This 30-day rule is a key guideline for determining a "reasonable" number of repair attempts under the Lemon Law Presumption, which typically applies within the first 18 months or 18,000 miles after the purchase or leasing of a new car, whichever comes first."

Nope. The LL attorney added open ended language. He stated that occasionally he’s had one than settlement on the same vehicle.
So you went through NCDS and with an attorney? I thought usually the LL fees would be covered by Manufacturer... you mentioned "after attorney fees".

Just curious what your experience was like... also were you driving the vehicle during the process?

Each state is different, but parts also go on backorder and a lot of that wait time for parts, is even for diagnosis. Trouble step 1 could be replace this Sensor, and if that didn't work then its replace this BCM, and so on.

The real question would be is if the dealer has offered a loaner, they aren't required to, but most will. And if not, then Stellantis should have some type of rental reimbursement up to $XX per day for XX amount of days

My previous Ram was in the shop for almost 90 days with the Hemi tick - lifters were on backorder. They gave me a loaner the whole time 🤷‍♂️
Maybe I'm a bit more understanding, but I also worked at a Dealership for 5+ years
I would agree with you @JVRacer04 except for that Stallantis moved the STAR center that vets tech diagnoses and authorizes ordering parts to India . That cost shaving measure creates super long delays in addition to manufacturing parts by the lowest overseas bidder. My third replacement “MOPAR”main battery says S. Korea on it. Going cheap almost always ends up costing more. I’m a MOPAR or no car guy. We paid a pretty penny for the RHO and I’m going to get our money’s worth one way or another. I’m also a factory trained tech. Just from the Ram app not Jeep or Dodge.

Mine has been in the shop with only 1,500 miles on it. Broke down twice had it towed twice. My RHO has been in the shop for just about 7 weeks. I have someone from the Ram Retention team working my case. They do call me multiple times a week. I asked them when they would replace the truck. They told me they can replace the truck through Arbitration but wont be able to give me any of the things I talked about with them. Like free extended warranty, free maintenance coupons, etc. At this point if it really fixed I'll be happy, switching vehicles will be a pain to do. I think some on the forum here did get a replacement truck and then the cluster went up and has been in the shop for a month! Sorry Bro...I know what your going through! I wish you all the best of luck!
