I was told that ram cares would look for any TSB or star cases related to my issue after I sent my vin to ram cares which I did…and nothing…

The folks over on the Gladiator forum deal with Jeep Cares all the time and the consensus there is you might be able to have a better conversation with a bottle of Coke. Every once in a while they might come through depending on who is monitoring the forum/responding to posts.
