Engine light no power

This is stupid easy to fix if you have the means to reach it. Home Depot sells e rings in their hardware section. If you can find the right size, it's a 60 second fix once you access it.

This will serve as a reminder for myself to grab spares and toss them into the glovebox just in case.

A E clip that stops the rod from coming off track if your valve stays open you get no boost build up which is what happen to me so I had zero psi and 3 engine lights all pointing to the turbo waste gate actuator and waste gate override or limit exceeded

I can tomorrow if you look at the top right side of the engine you won’t miss it tho it’s the only actuator rod on top of a heat shield

I wonder is there was a clip there to begin with? I’ll look at mine tomorrow

Called it. Good work Rocko! Easy fix. Good idea to keep a spare in the glove box. It would not surprise me if one was missing to begin with.

Sorry I’m not sure dealership fixed it I just diagnosed it
