It seems it’s all a case by case basis. Mine was shipped on 2/1 and the tracker told me the delivery date was 2/24 but my dealer called me today and told me it had been dropped off. Was not expecting that.

that’s awesome it got there so fast! my truck was shipped 1/19 and still hasn’t made it over. I guess my train was just slower than yours lol. 16 days in it hadn’t even reached California

Very interesting because mine made it to California then dealer in exactly 10 days. Wonder why you got delayed..

yeah i ordered from the same dealership as you. so our trucks are going the exact same path, yours just made it significantly quicker lol

like 20 days of it was just the transit getting to california unfortunately. now the last 10 days it’s been in the final rail yard waiting for it to get unloaded. hopefully no funny business is afoot with batteries or whatnot

Hopefully not. Mine hadn’t gone through PDI yet so I wasn’t able to take it home but the dealer is only like 20 minutes from me so I went by to check it out. Hopefully all is good and there’s nothing found through the PDI.

So I was thinking about this on the way to work today . . . I've convinced myself that the high volume dealers (Mark Dodge, Koons, maybe one or two others) will get delivered much faster than dealerships with low volume/one off orders. My guess is Mark in particular has 10 RHOs a week that head their way - so it seems like the case for loading up the train/truck for trucks headed there is easier. If I'm wrong about this, please don't tell me!

My first order was shipped 11/26 and it’s still at the rail yard in Ohio

I really don’t think it makes a difference which dealer you order from but I also believe low volume dealers would get it faster based on what I’ve gathered here and experienced myself.

I’m from Cali and also ordered locally at Tuttle Click, and get this, the truck arrived in 41 days! From date ordered. Ordered 12/6 , arrived 1/17 at dealer .
That was my second order also. My first order from MD still hasn’t been fulfilled, ordered 5/12, but that’s probably an outlier since I was one of the ones probably impacted by RAMs screw up.

Congrats! We have similar builds. I also ordered through Tuttle Click, my truck has been built but has not been shipped for 2 weeks for some reason. Sigh.

Still waiting, been in build for a month. Dealer says their site still shows Jan-28 ship date. RAMs info is total crap. How you can run a business like that is beyond me. Amazon can tell me when $10 items ship. RAM can't tell when a near $90,000 item will ship. Pathetic.

the dealer should be able to tell you the exact status of your truck with there tracking software.....this is what my buddy who's the sales manager sent me for mine today. You should be able to get the same info page after they look it up. And FYI any RAM dealer can look up your order, I had a different dealership put in the last 8 of the vin I think and my truck came up.
