First look at Serrano Green

Had a chance to look at this and tell me if it's a normal phenomenon with the flake in billet silver (particularly on the bedsides)? Dark shadowing dependent on viewing angle.

I have billet and do not have these markings on either side FYI. Luck of the draw maybe.

I'm with you on that, but too afraid to get it fixed. But maybe come spring.

EVERYONE in the paint and/or autobody business has told me to LEAVE IT ALONE! They've all told me that a non-factory paint job will not be nearly as good and will not hold up as well over time. They also told me that there is no guarantee the repainted areas would even look better and could, in fact, look worse than now. One guy said "it's at 95% now....what if it comes out at a 90%?" I'm also told metallic silver is one of the hardest colors to blend. So, all of these things have made me "unsee" the issue and just get over it. Still doesn't stop me from bitching and complaining about it though.

The weird thing is that I haven’t found a green TRX pilot vehicle yet. But it just occurred to me that they’re saying these are 2027’s, so I guess I’ll have to do a search for 2027 build sheets. I’ll let y’all know what I find, but it will have to be this evening.

I pulled the trigger on a serrano green on the 23 of dec. Not sure how long it takes stellantis to schedule a build. I hope this truck ends up being reliable. Excited for my first truck, after having camaros and a Chevelle.

Metallic flake in that color green does not belong. Looks like a 1960's gasser color.

Does anyone know if the green TRX at the reveal on 1/1/26 was serrano green or a different green that will be exclusive to TRX? Hopefully will get an official response, not speculation. I just ordered an RHO in serrano and the color of that TRX and the RHO builder look so different to me.

I did the same. I was torn between canyon lake and serrano. Serrano was my first pick but I caved in early November and tried to order a canyon lake but they already shut down order for it. So I continued to wait for serrano. Now that I'm seeing serrano on trucks I think I'm going to have to learn to like the color. On the rho builder it looked more like a dark olive green, now it looks very emeraldy, not sure how I'm feeling about it.
