Harman Kardon Subwoofer Not Pumping Bass

So I have been tweaking with the sound and EQs of my 25 RHO and I notice that it isn't giving me the bass that I desire. My 21 Charger has the HK system and even at 0 EQ the bass fills your chest. I found the subwoofer area behind the rear passenger seat, played a bass-heavy track and could not feel the thump or rumble of a subwoofer whatsoever. Could it be disconnected? Is it even there? Has anyone encountered this?

I'm not sure in your particular case, but you should feel some vibration from it either way. I removed mine from behind the seat and relocated it to a Skar audio downfire box under the rear seat and man does it punch now! IMO, all this system needed.

I see! I tried to see if it would even play anything by actually touching it and I didn’t get anything from it. Just the bass from the door speakers.

Did you use the factory HK sub? Can you send a link to box please?

Mine hits good treble and bass turned all the way up with mid minus 4 for more bass
