Help me plan my mods, upgrades, accessories, etc. as I progress through my build.

With winter fast approaching here, I am now shifting gears from travel mode to build mode.

So far I have done a few things but need to plan out my next upgrades. I am hoping to get some of this done over the winter here. I want to make this truck more capable on mountain pass roads in places like Colorado, Canyon roads in Utah, Shelf roads, dirt roads, desert roads, etc. While also better handling on regular roads, especially when loaded with travel gear. Basically a bigger, more capable, and better looking overlander Jeep. I dont like the death wobble it gets when loaded down and any kind of bump on the road, especially on a curve.

Many thanks to @Nick797 for all the accessories and modes I have done so far, but now it is time for more.

Most of what I have done so far, are things to just hit the road this year, now its time to upgrade to make the truck better, and more capable of doing the roads I want to go on, and just handle the weight and roads better, while allowing me to travel more, with this truck, in more of the back country. (Ive done mostly things like added skid plates, Bed Cap, Roar Pedal, Solar charging, but not as much for performance type upgrades.

Fully loaded I am getting a bit of a squat in the rear, which I dont want, I also have an issue with instability/bouncing especially side to side, when loaded down, I would like better springs, maybe air bags, and maybe a rear sway bar to help. I have noticed the brakes are not good, and when loaded even worse.

I also plan to add a rooftop tent, and/or possibly a small offroad camper trailer, and probably a Decked system, so that added weight is just going to add to the squat. I also plan on upping the tire size a couple inches when the stock tires wear out, not increasing the rim size, as I want better offroad capability and ride, not worse. I want a bit more ground clearance and approach angle, etc.

So I am looking for recommendations, looking for options, looking for what others might have done that worked well, etc.

Things I am looking at doing or looking for options:

1.5" or 2.5" eibach springs, not sure what the best option is, and if both have HD options for the rear etc.
Diff Drop if needed, I have seen a lot of issues with people lifting these without a diff drop tearing boots, losing shafts etc.
Maybe rear helper bags, but springs may be enough.
Brakes, Upgrade the brakes to better stop this truck, because the brakes kind of suck.
Decked bed drawer system.
Tires Probably 2 inches taller, but probably wont need them for another year. Also, can the dealer or anyone adjust the speedo for bigger tires? I know the Tazer was able to do that on the TRX but I dont think the Synapse can.
Bumpers, either new offroad bumpers with winch mount, or a winch mount for the factory bumper, I have only seen about 1 bumper option or 1 winch mount option, so if anyone has any more I would love to know.
Winch
Rear sway bar
Rooftop tent
Tint
Lights for bumper, ditch, grill etc. I am leaning toward M&R, because of the plug and play nature of them, but I know there are a lot of options there, at a variety of prices and mounting options.
And if anyone has a tailgate seal that actually works, I would love to know. Because all the ones I have tried or find searching SUCK!
That is what I am thinking of right now anyway.

Any other recommendations you all have, are welcome as well. I dont know how much I will be able to do this winter, but I at least need to get a plan in place and what should be done first or together.

Tearing boots and losing shafts? Lots of people? I’ve heard of a couple people have possibly had a leaking boot, but I haven’t heard anything. I would even come close to characterizing as lots.

I apologize I just saw this now...Truck looks awesome so far.

We can help with almost everything on that list..If you have some time give us a call or send me a email or message I will chop through that list and help you out!

I am currently training someone, so I am just trying to juggle that a little is all!

I pmed you but figured I'd drop my answers here too.

1.5" or 2.5" eibach springs, not sure what the best option is, and if both have HD options for the rear etc. - If we are doing a RTT, lets do the HD And an air bag if we didn't do that yet.

Diff Drop if needed, I have seen a lot of issues with people lifting these without a diff drop tearing boots, losing shafts etc. - This I do not have any help for yet, only 2 companies make this.

Maybe rear helper bags, but springs may be enough. - I have an RTT and a rack, I use the air bags and onboard management to correct it, However I feel I could use the HD rears to offset some of that.

Brakes, Upgrade the brakes to better stop this truck, because the brakes kind of suck. - I have sacrificed my hands cleaning wheels over the past 3 months trying different combos, I have found one that I feel works great

Decked bed drawer system. - We sell a decent amount of these, now that I'm getting down the list I feel like bags and HD springs would be beneficial here.

Tires Probably 2 inches taller, but probably wont need them for another year. Also, can the dealer or anyone adjust the speedo for bigger tires? I know the Tazer was able to do that on the TRX but I dont think the Synapse can. - I Don't think there are any ways to adjust yet, hopeful Z auto will come out with something.

Bumpers, either new offroad bumpers with winch mount, or a winch mount for the factory bumper, I have only seen about 1 bumper option or 1 winch mount option, so if anyone has any more I would love to know.
Winch - ADD we can do some killer deals on, again adding this weight the springs will help.

Rear sway bar -EASY and have a ton in stock

Rooftop tent - Couple of options, I've got one on my truck, my partner has another brand so we can bounce all around on that topic and get the right stuff to get it mounted.

Tint
Lights for bumper, ditch, grill etc. I am leaning toward M&R, because of the plug and play nature of them, but I know there are a lot of options there, at a variety of prices and mounting options. - We sell that brand and many more we can also avoid using the super expensive light options in the ADD bumper if you aren't specific to a certain brand.

And if anyone has a tailgate seal that actually works, I would love to know. Because all the ones I have tried or find searching SUCK! - Couple small brands that offer that!

I am on many social media RHO sites, and I have seen them quite often. Every time people comment that the only way to avoid it is by doing a diff drop.

I guess to me if there is a chance that it can happen, and there is something that can prevent it, then 1 time is too many for me. I dont want to be sitting on top of a mountain pass hours from civilization and have an issue, that could have been prevented by doing the lift right.

But I guess many might be a bit exaggerated, but I have seen more than a few posts about it. Which is why I see a company coming out with a diff drop.

Not saying I know for a fact that they are needed. But asking what others have done and if they had issues. From what people say in socials doing 2.5 springs it is needed, for 1.5 its not. But I am not knowledgeable enough on lifts, to know for sure or if those having issues are doing something else wrong etc.
