Hi everyone - I am literally an old jeep

Got my first jeep in 1977 old and just shy of 73! went through my sports car days 2 corvettes and a viper! But still have always driven jeeps . Started shopping for a power wagon you know front axel disconnecting sway bar etc. Then i saw the rho ( anybody want to buy a fully built Rubicon x) yes i am serious. love the looks and the full time 4whl drive reminds me of my 77cj 7 golden eagle. I dont think i will be jumping it . but… mostly i want something comfortable and capable and beautiful ! and reasonably quick on wash board roads
as for me 50 years as a geologist ex district 37 desert racing vet, surfer, and photographer . out of north san diego county.

Welcome to the forum. I'm an old Jeep guy as well, my first was a 75 SJ. I've mostly had Grand Cherokees all my life and just sold my 2018 Summit. I couldn't abide a 2.0 4 banger so I jumped to the RHO. I absolutely love this truck but haven't gotten my head around the Hurricane yet. Both TK and Bob Miller are saying the 28 GC will be 3.0 Hurricane powered (SO) so I may be jumping to the 28 Ramcharger. Good problems to have I suppose. Having said that the RHO will laugh at the washboards. I took my RHO up to my hunting property in PA that's accessed by an old mining road and it didn't break a sweat.

Great road trip truck, heading out on a 2,200 mile run tomorrow.
