Hey guys!

I hate to post something like this, but we recently dealt with a customer who had placed a bunch of orders and did some charge backs and months later he came back and started ordering more under him and his girlfriends name so we keep canceling them and he isn't too fond of that.

That resulted in him making a bunch of google accounts to keep posting reviews, I've got a good amount of them removed due to spam and not being valid but some are still hanging and I'd like to get our rating back up, If you have personally interacted with us or purchased with us and even if you didn't have a 5 star feeling I'd just like to get some honest reviews back up in there and remove this cluttered fake stuff so its not the first thing that a potential new customer sees.

I'm a big proponent of using reviews as a place for a grievance, ONLY if the seller actually did wrong and buyer gave the seller every chance to correct it personally. It's sad to see people abuse a system that should be for good faith consumer protection and/or recomndations..... In my case with 797, a recommendation.
