Kind of funny in retrospect

For the last year or so as I was fully needing out on the Ram Trucks web page, building different versions of RHOs, whittling down what configuration I actually wanted to order, I skipped over the red interior accents every time. “They look nice “ I thought, but I wasn’t going to pay $1500 to switch from silver to red accents on the seats.

Then as things came together and I had my preapproval from my credit union, the truck I would have ordered popped up as inbound to a dealer in the SE, and even though the truck hadn’t even landed yet, the dealer was willing to work a deal with me, so I bought it. Molten Red WITH red accents. And I immediately fell in love with them and can’t imagine the truck without them!

Maybe on Bright White, most likely on Black, MOST DEFINITELY on Molten Red.

I have Hydrblue as you might guess from my avatar. When my first order got damaged by an incompetent crackhead at the dealer, I started over. Ordered from Koons they had everything I wanted on the lot but it also had the red and I just wasn’t comfortable. It didn’t matter because they would not come off full price even though it had been there a little while. Every now and then I think about that truck and think it would’ve been cool. I would’ve got used to it. Had they been willing to come off the price I would’ve done it. Sometimes I think they wouldn’t come down because they knew I was a cash buyer and there would be nothing for them on the back side.
