Lumbar not “remembering “

Anyone have this issue? I have everything programmed in the truck and matched to the key fob but everytime I get in the truck the lumbar is at just about max setting and I return it to no lumbar and “set” the seat position.

I’ve moved the seat slightly and have “set” the position multiple times but it’s always the same outcome.

Any ideas out there?

So if you have a memory position programmed in for you, I’m going to assume you also have one programmed in for your wife. And with your statement it would be a fair assumption that for both of you it goes to full lumbar but everything else is correct position . Is that what’s happening. I am curious if maybe there is a faulty lumbar switch

Yeah she doesn’t remember lol. I’ll have them look at it when it in for repairs.

I still don’t have my truck yet, but if there are multiple memory position buttons, try hitting one of the others and see if it goes to full lumbar

My wife has a grand wagoner and it does this exact same thing, drives me nuts. Must be a stellantis thing

Mine has issues remembering uconnect settings and seating for my profile. I attributed it to something my wife did while tampering with it.

I've had a few instances where the seat memory "forgot" to adjust. I'll be driving and realize my seat never adjusted and have to stop and hit the memory1 button since it wont adjust while in motion.

This happens on my wagoneer as well. Can hit my memory position and it’s like it remembers a previous setting and goes there. Have to sometimes hit the button two or three times before it goes to the correct setting (but the lumbar is almost always in the correct position). It’s been an issue for a few years. The wagoneer electronics have been a nightmare since day 1. I was hesitant to even order the rho because I have such a bad taste in my mouth. I’m hoping that I don’t deal with the same things when my truck shows up next month

At least I don't have that happen, as my wife is much shorter than I, so I would be eating the steering wheel.

I have the same issue with mine. One more thing to do after turning off the start stop. Hopefully they update the software to address it at some point.

Not a seat issue, but my Uconnect does not want to remember Parksense based camera activation. It will work for a day then the dot undots itself

Luckily I have the surround view saved at the top but it is a nice-to-have thing when it remembers

Mine also constantly unchecks that option.
