Mark Dodge Issues

hey! before i pull the trigger and order from MD, do they try to hit you with any extra charges besides the typical stuff??

Nope. They are pretty transparent and their fees are very reasonable. Do it! 😁

If you give them your zip code, they should be able to give you a pre-rebate, out the door price. Most seem to say whatever rebates are available when you purchase it are adjustments from the negotiated/deal price.

Buying from Mark Dodge for me was the easiest car buying experience ever and I'm all the way in NY. My truck came in earlier then expected as well. I ordered in mid august and was expecting my Canyon Lake to come after January. It got to me right around Thanksgiving! Currently have around 4500 miles on it and no complaints. Sure makes driving fun again!

Did anyone else have issues with Mark Dodge? Customer service complaints, etc? Personally had a disagreement with the staff, they were rude and refused to honor my sales agreement or refund my "non-refundable" deposit. Just looking for feedback if anyone else is in the same boat.
Ordered mine in July of 25. Mark Dodge was awesome to work with. Even today if I have an issue , they help get it resolved.

Homie joined 5 minutes ago and chose violence. 🤣🤣
For crying out loud @Mikey Swift . . . .
I finished a long day of work, go to the gym, then the liquor store (gotta even things out).
On the way back, I had to donate a gallon of gas to a Jeep 4xe who literally ran out of BOTH types of energy on a VERY busy road....
Log back in to order one more Durango 392.... make a training video for tomorrow's managers' meeting....
And say, "Aw, I should click on the RHO Forum, jsut to see what's up!"
And what do I get? To see the "MARK DODGE ISSUES" thread right at the TOP?!

Talk about a heart-attack....

Turns out just to be some grammar corrections and corrections of said corrections....
All is well...

That dude has some kind of chip on his shoulder (Hammer77777, not Mikey). He filed a complaint about you on the 5th Gen Rams forum because of your harmless and helpful response about employee discounts. I should probably ban him there too….

Meanwhile, it just looks like I'm talking to myself like a creep. 🤣🤣
Sorry @AnthonyRI 🫠

Can’t complain with MD, the whole process was quick and easy, even my trade in . Truck came in faster ordered end of February and got delivered March 31st they did hold it for me until April 3rd but no problems. I also planned for the truck to at least come 3 months later and not one but excited it got here sooner !!

Not really to be honest still feels the same to me. Maybe the slightest stiffer also try to get a low weight 37 and wheel. I went with the Baja legend exp because they are either 65-67lbs each compared to most 37s being over 72lbd and some even in the 80lh range makes a huge difference.
Wrong thread dude!

Another W from Mark from me. I only spoke to Ashley on the phone once during the whole process. Everything else was done via email, which is awesome to have in writing. No games, no “gotcha’s”, just quick easy sale.

When it came in, one zoom call to pay for it and then pick it up. Super easy!

Same for me

I had a positive experience with MD. No games. Truck came in, I wired the $ right after zoom call, I setup transport myself with MD logistic team and at my door within 12 hours. I would buy again. If you want a good deal, be easy to do business with. Something the OP didn't understand.

I had a positive experience with MD, and they have a future-proof process for vehicle purchasing, in my opinion. I did have a similar experience when an order came in and (I) changed my mind, and the "non-refundable deposit" was not refunded.....who knew. I accepted that fact and moved forward to order my next truck with them and again, enjoyed the full process.
