Just spoke to my dealer. Apparently, Ram engineers cleared my case in error. Now we’re starting from scratch.

Time to start lemon proceedings if you haven't.

Whatever, they know it's got nothing to do with it when there's others with the same issue. I could care less honestly, I love the truck, it'll be just fine

I got my '26 in August and have had a few issues ranging from minor annoyances to significant problems. So I took it back to my dealer to have it checked out. They had to open a case with Ram and are currently going back and forth with Ram engineers to figure out what's going on. It's been about a week and a half and I'm already missing my truck. Hope it doesn't take too long to resolve.

Here are the issues I've reported...

1. Random loss of power. About every 4-5 start cycles it just won't have any power. Turbos do not engage. Extremely sluggish.
2. Adaptive Cruise Control. Will let off the accelerator when coming up on a slower vehicle ahead, but will not apply the brakes, if needed. (almost ran over a couple cars due to this one)
3. Loss of all cameras. Cameras just stopped working. All of them. Just get a blue screen.
4. Blind spot service required. This message came on for the first time on the way to the dealer.
5. The screen off button does nothing. I actually do use this at night.
6. CarPlay connection problems. Randomly won't connect to CarPlay. At all. Also loses CarPlay connection after being connected.
7. Warning light illumination unavailable message.

Batteries need to be checked to see if they fail. Swapped my failed batteries at 4100 miles last week and literally all problems went away and the truck now rips like a mother fucker compared to prior performance.

Based on a recently publicized Jeep lemon case, FCA legal dept is playing some serious hardball. Stellantis has lost too much $$ this year.

Court takes a long time (year+?), with no guarantees. Few customers are in a position to push it that far & many attorneys are just looking for a quick buck (pre-arb settlement). FCA knows that & is using these facts to their advantage.

Get ready for a long long long arduous process bro bro. Settle in and accept the idea that you may. Not have your truck back for a while.
Picked up my 26 rho on Aug 18th.
Haven't seen the truck since.
I also have a case with Stellantis. They are paying my car payments at the moment which is the least they can do. It was discovered after 5 weeks that it was the fuel pump. Loss of power etc...
The dealer will have the fuel pump by November is what I was told today.
I had to buy a boat so I would stop drowning in my tears.

This sounds electrical related. Almost like every time the truck resets, it performs as designed. I am wondering if there is a communication issue that controls the wastegate. If communication is lost, the WG may stay open as a safety measure. If there was a physical issue, it would not resolve itself simply by cycling power.

While poking around the engine bay this weekend, I noticed the throttle controller is made in Germany. I wonder if it’s the same unit on the current BMW I6 HO TT?

I’ve read our engine cover is a dead rip-off of the BMW design. I was gonna leave it off to give the turbo tubes that run across the top of our engines some “breathing” room. Turns out, that cover & the foam are highly engineered to provide superior thermal “ramp up” & leaving the cover off does NOT improve cooling or performance.

Starting to wonder if something like this is why my truck seems to be slower than everyone else (5.6 is my best 0-60)
