When they get a 25 RHO in off the delivery truck they are told to perform that procedure before they sell in under the PDI I’m not saying that’s going to correct the issue if there is an alignment issue but it does get performed to reset the sensor on every one before they sell them. They did check my alignment when it was there since I did level springs, wheels and tires and mine wasn’t off which. What I was seeing was the hands free driving module not completely center giving the illusion my steering wheel is a smidge off but that module cant be adjusted or moved at all.
