problems with alignment

That’s an old procedure. Some have tried it with no positive results.

My dealer advises that it is a “known issue” for Ram on our trucks (2025 1500). The electric power steering’s roadway grade compensation feature does not work.

It worked great on my 2015 Ram. 10 year’s later, not so much.

When they get a 25 RHO in off the delivery truck they are told to perform that procedure before they sell in under the PDI I’m not saying that’s going to correct the issue if there is an alignment issue but it does get performed to reset the sensor on every one before they sell them. They did check my alignment when it was there since I did level springs, wheels and tires and mine wasn’t off which. What I was seeing was the hands free driving module not completely center giving the illusion my steering wheel is a smidge off but that module cant be adjusted or moved at all.

Just another success story - I have to admit the truck was pulling to the right.
Got the alignment done at the dealer and it was covered under warranty.
Drives much better now!

Same problem here. My 26 RHO steering wheel is cocked slightly to the right and has a slight right pull when driving. It was this way when I got it new. Just had it at the local dealer here in Dayton, Ohio and they said they didn't have the specs yet for the 2026 and also didn't have the proper equipment for the larger tires. I called all the local dealers here, including Ram Care, and have gotten nowhere. They don't seem to care, which is the most aggravating part. Going to try to call Ram Care back again on Monday.

The dealer was able to do it and did it “under warranty” at no charge. This was about a year ago. Put 8K on it since and done light off roading and it’s still drives straight since the alignment.

Same with me. Just had new BFG KO3’s put on and an alignment for the 3rd time. Truck drives more strait than it ever has. Although now when I launch it, it wonders side to side a little. So that sucks.
