Ram App No longer showing trips

My Ram app stopped showing vehicle health. SMH

Sorry to revive an older thread, but does anyone else’s app no longer show anything at all? Mine has no remote controls anymore, no trips, and no live location. The article below shows that we are supposed to have the remote functions for 10 years, so what the fuck?

You have to pay now. I got the $9.99 package. Brings back all the remote start, unlock features, updates TomTom with traffic alerts and continues the GPS with theft warning and geofence.

but from what I gather in the the article released by Stellantis themselves, I shouldn’t have to pay?

My app shows that I have an active trial for Ram Connect One until 2035 which includes most of the app features including remote start, updates, and vehicle health.
