RAM RHO Mopar edition

The Xmod exhaust install is dealer scheduled for 9/27. The Cat6 and EGR Roll track arrive next week. I also bought a bed mat since I'll need to cover up/ hide the holes from the spare carrier with something more than plugs. 3 hr road trip planned in early October to try it all out... planning to go with the xmod mode attached I believe.

Removed the rambar and bed mounted spare tire carrier today -- and finally found a use for the rubber grommet assortment kit I've had in the garage. Added the Lasfit bed liner once all the holes were plugged --- the EGR Rolltrack will cover the bed rail holes even more when installed. Overall I like the look better than it came -- much cleaner, less weight, more room.

I bet someone would be willing to buy your Rambar. If you decide to put it up for sale, make sure you retrieve the hardware that's in the front stake pockets (or the buyer won't be able to install it).

I'm undecided if I want to sell both or not -- for now I stored them inside -- and of course, all the hardware for both was neatly removed and bagged/tagged.

Bloody hell -- I lost 5 lbs of blood, sweat, and tears putting this EGR Rolltrack on the RHO -- 1.5 days of cursing is over --- and it works. Phew. Rambar and bed mounted tire carrier was not even a remote option here -- both are likely for sale.

I’ve never seen a bed cover that required any permanent mods??

Just saying, I’d never.

I'm not following? But everything is certainly reversible if I ever wanted to, not that Id likely ever go back.

Maybe I misunderstood from the JB4 DS thread

"Rolltrack for a bunch of hours afterward.... cutting holes in the new truck was slightly intimidating"

I didnt know of bed covers that you had to cut holes to mount them, thats all.

Ahhh.... yes you need to make five 1 1/8 - 1 1/2 inch hole saw cuts for this cover... one for the power cable, 4 for drain tubes. It's a quite involved install process. Interior wise the driver side rear floor box is removed along with the B pillar to access electrical tie in points. The full run is from the battery to the middle point and rear of the truck. Here is a video that shows a Ram specific install for anyone interested.

Look what showed up in the mail -- the rumored Mopar edition certificate, aluminum plaque, another tool bag with a recovery ratchet strap, and some literature.
