Thanks but I already have 2 orders can't take this any further

Ordered an RHO from Koons last week. All in, it took about 45 minutes of my time to complete everything requested and emailed over.

This is my third consecutive purchase from them (2019 Power Wagon and 2022 Power Wagon).

Nothing negative to relay about any of my experiences.

Have you done the remote purchase process ?

Well you said you ordered last week so that is ordering through email but if your going to purchase remotely and not go there in person is what I'm saying.

Gotcha....I am local to Koons so have/will pick up on-site.

@Koons_of_Tysons_Corner has been absent from board the last couple of weeks, maybe Brian is taking some time off.

So I have wrapped up my paperwork today the process seemed painful but to be fair , Brian and Noah took care of me I got pricing beyond expectations for a take over order and I was not the easiest to deal with ... asking tough questions, dumb questions add this add that make it cheaper so on . But remote purchase what a joke with all the online capabilities. Now since you tagged him .. thank you Brian.

I'm still struggling to understand exactly what you had a problem with. You just keep saying "remote purchase."

I don't get it, trying to purchase since Jan 18th? I've had my order from Koons' since June 20th 2024, what could you possibly be irritated about? We're all waiting on our trucks.

I'm on the west coast and koons is east so I'm not flying over ... mark dodge would do this process though zoom I believe . But apparently koons does this through fed ex and long story short its been 3 weeks to negotiate and get a contract to me

I ordered also in July but this order was left unclaimed and my order is still unscheduled, it does suck that you can't post anything without everyone thinking you just showed up to the party I been here the whole time.

Oh ok now with some actual information this makes sense. Yeah if they are doing this via paper that's nuts. MD is virtual signing takes maybe 30 minutes start to finish.

MD does everything remote with edocs and they were easy to deal with, I ordered mine while I was stationed overseas, coordinated the loan, and shipping of the truck to San Diego. The whle process onces the truck came in took 2 days, then a couple more for the guy who I went with to transport the truck to pick it up.

I did a remote ship with Koons. It was tedious, but it all worked out. Not sure why they can't DocuSign via the internet, but they did pay for overnight shipping of the docs.

Jan 17th-email from Brian stating truck is on lot
Jan 28th-documents arrived for signing via Fedex
Jan 29th-documents received back by Koons
Jan 31st-got the go ahead to schedule shipper to pick up truck at Koons
Feb 8th-shipper picking up truck

That's crazy that they don't have docu-sign. I am shocked.
