Remote purchase through koons

Who did you go through? Did they have docusign?

I have an order in with Mark Dodge. They do everything via a secure link.

I did a remote ship with Koons. It was tedious, but it all worked out. Not sure why they can't DocuSign via the internet, but they did pay for overnight shipping of the docs.

Jan 17th-email from Brian stating truck is on lot
Jan 28th-documents arrived for signing via Fedex
Jan 29th-documents received back by Koons
Jan 31st-got the go ahead to schedule shipper to pick up truck at Koons
Feb 8th-shipper picking up truck

Jan 17 - Feb 8 for you took 48 hours at Mark Dodge. There's really no excuse for this in 2025.

Errr....mostly via secure link. Some FedEx CAN be involved for registration paperwork, as some states dont accept docu or any digital signatures. Laura @ MD got it done super fast, easy to reach and made it Sesame Street easy.

In a day of overnight FedEx, it shouldn't take more than 4 days unless the docs end up on an island with a guy and his volleyball.

You are miles ahead of me I'm still waiting for them to confirm the paperwork that went back Wednesday afternoon but I'm not surprised at this point it has been 3 and a half weeks
