Hi Ruben,
Here is an outline to my approach:
1] I called Stellantis customer care. Got the toll free number from my salesman. They opened a case number for me and started the inquiry process.
2] I contacted my local Ram dealer where I get my truck serviced, and asked the maintence/ parts/supervisor to open a 'STAR' case to persue this and provide me a 'reference' number as soon as it is opened.
FYI:
My last conversation with the body shop is they are communicating with the at fault insurer to either get approval for replacement of the entire frame or reprocess a 'contructive total loss'. The customer care rep told me she just closed a case before the holidays under this insurance agreement for a critical part that the owner was waiting 5 months for.
LMK if you more info. Happy to share whatever I have.
Obiviously very frustrating.
