RHO Aftermarket Exhaust vs Raptor Stock Exhaust

Enigma trying to get the best Idol for his truck.

Was thst s-type or the Atak? You have to watch the video thst has both mufflers. Atak does sound much deeper, but would like a few more sound clips to better hear them. I think the s-type does sound just louder then stock.
The S-type sounded exactly like stock. ATAK sounded like louder stock to me. But ill listen with headphones next time. Best sound for my ear is the AFE.

I'd like to see some valvetronic variations. I know GTHaus has one just about ready but I would like an electronic one instead of vacuum actuated. If the Raptor has an electronic valved exhaust the RHO should have one. The only downside I found with vacuum actuated exhaust is that when the truck starts up initially the exhaust stays in wide open loud mode until the vacuum kicks in for it to switch flow paths through the muffler. I installed the GTHaus on my TRX and it was great other than trying to be quiet on initial cold start ups. I go to work at 430 in the morning and try not to wake the family up with my vehicles

I don't think you can really go wrong with any of them, it would be an improvement. To each their own.

Whoa dude…why don’t you walk through my posts…and maybe you’ll get a better picture of who I am and how I and this board interacts.

But if you want me to poke at your “typo”, you’ve used “idol” in multiple posts, not just one, so maybe studying on English homophones might be in your future. ;)

I was just doing a public service announcement and helping you without calling you out. But hey if you want to overreact that’s your prerogative.

You also got a little butt hurt with someone not liking the sound and telling em to drive a Tesla when they already have a RHO. So?

Go drink a beer, kick a tree or something, relax and come back here with a less touchy attitude and it will be a better experience for everyone.

Chris
It's funny...I took the opportunity to go through some of your posts as well and found plenty of grammar issues. Then I realized I was being petty and decided to stop the whole ordeal. You imply you were joking and now you're giving me life advice and still digging in. I was having a great experience right up until you started teaching English on a message board. I have a sneaking suspicion I'm not the first person to find you pompous.

The Tesla comment was just a joke. However, it appears there's plenty of misunderstanding to go around.

And I know the difference between idol and idle. I work in medicine and spend most of my day either in the OR, clinic or flying from room to room. So many of my replies are in the few minutes I have on my phone between patients/procedures/clinic. I don't proofread and I often fat finger the phone. I usually like to peruse this board and check out other sites related to after hours hobbies, just to relax for a few minutes.

At this point I see no point to continue this conversation. You say I'm uptight, I frankly thought you were just being an a$$...if you meant it as a joke I'm sorry I suppose...I guess I just don't think you're funny.

I like that exactly zero people seem interested in the MF with the RAM sticker. Serves them right

When I first read that, I read MF as Mother Focker :ROFLMAO:

Yeah...not sure on the strategy from RAM here...MF SPEQ kit I think is reasonably priced since it comes with valves and the quality/finish is top notch ...but you are better off just going straight to MF unless we are missing something with the Direct Connection one.

I was hoping it'd be offered as a factory option you can order with your build, but that doesnt seem to be the case

Here's the newest YouTube clip of the AWE exhaust on the RHO. They actually compare it to the stock Raptor (which I also had a 2023 Raptor with the 37 package).

Some folks on here will say they can't hear a difference between aftermarket and stock...which makes me laugh. I think some folks are either too stuck in their ways to admit when something has changed for the better or just are that deaf lol. The big difference with this AWE is the low, throaty warm idle...it's the best I've heard to this point.

There is a small sound clip of the new Borla coming out available.

The Xmod Magnaflow with the Xtreme delete is the most aggressive with the hammer down but I haven't heard any real good idol clips yet.
Does this mod void any manufacturer warranty?

Does this mod void any manufacturer warranty?
Just adding a cat-back exhaust will only void the warranty on the parts you remove. Modifications like exhaust, cold air intake, etc. can only cause warranty issues IF the vehicle fails and it can be proven that the aftermarket part caused the failure. Now when you get into tuners and such, those are changing fuel mapping, air intake, timing, etc. so those can Definitely cause some heartache with manufacturer warranty. But just an exhaust.....not at all. You should be perfectly safe.

Thank you for the information
