RHO Intermittent Boost Issues

Hello, I'm new here.... I'm having an issue that is intermittent where I can drive the truck for a couple of days without issue, then I'll start the truck the next day and when I drive, I've noticed the truck has reduced power and higher shift points. When I look at the boost gauge, my boost maxes out at 1. It's like there are no turbos at all. Then I'll pull over, turn off the truck and open my door to shut everything down. I restart the truck and everything is back to normal. I don't know if it's a software issue, but this did start about a week after an over the air software update. I took it to the dealer since it only has 7k miles on the truck and they did a refalsh or something to that effect, but the issue is still there after I go it home and drove it a few times. I was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.

Any info that someone might have is appreciated.

I found that it's protecting like a limp mode. It's happened running jb4 tuner as well so I hear.
