These are major problems keeping me from ordering. It's one thing to have a recall that gets fixed when you bring in for an oil change, but a whole nother thing people losing the use of their vehicle for days or weeks.Had a couple of similar collision warning light not going out experiences but they all fixed themselves. Last night went out to the work carpark after a longish day and everything completely dead. Couldn’t even open the doors. But that’s not the story
Called the local dealer and they said call Chrysler roadside assistance. What a disaster it’s all AI assistant. Three times I reached the bit where I have to read out my license plate and the system cut the call off every time. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. But luckily I was in the work carpark. Not on the side of I70 in a blizzard - Stellantis needs to do (much) better.
Local dealer was great tho. I jumped it, Dropped it off after closing with a note and first thing this morning they were working on it. Told me this afternoon the car actually started this morning but it had 60 error codes & they have 3 other 2025’s in with the same symptoms..
its a forum so therefore you are getting the worst of the worst experiences documented. 99% of these trucks are problem free, you are seeing the 1% in here with issues as every vehicle. My order was a year and a half ago before the truck was even in production so was a huge gamble but payed off tremendously. Love this truck so much. If i just read the doom and gloom p0rn on here everyday i would still be in my Raptor which was 1/10th the truck this is. Place an order, be patient and let her rip when she shows up. You only live once. These forums are an anxiety inducing nightmare if you spend too much time on here. I like the look of the RHO so much even against my Tremor which is pretty sweet itself. I saw my first RHO in person today and it's the best looking pickup i've seen. It was silver. I want the Serrano Green without the decals, I think. The Molten red looks great also. It reminds me of my 1998 Dodge 1 ton crew cab dually with the V10 I had back in the day.its a forum so therefore you are getting the worst of the worst experiences documented. 99% of these trucks are problem free, you are seeing the 1% in here with issues as every vehicle. @RAM-Ranch-MT Has the right idea. If I remember correctly we ordered around the same time. I ordered April of 2024 and waited almost an entire year from oder till delivery. Read the forums all day every day and was getting more and more worried as the days went on. 4500 miles on my truck now and I also got rid of a (Gen 1) Raptor for the RHO and couldn't be happier. No issues to report here, love this truck.its a forum so therefore you are getting the worst of the worst experiences documented. 99% of these trucks are problem free, you are seeing the 1% in here with issues as every vehicle. There we go, a positive resolution! Happy you are trouble free...we all have the occasional surprise warning light that fixes itself. At this point, it's a feature.Hi all, been a while since my January posts. Just posting the conclusion. The first truck from my October 2024 build is gone. After 4 months the issue was unable to be resolved and in April was “traded in” for another RHO with the same features/build. It was a very challenging December through April dealing with Corporate but the replacement has been great. I do notice the occasional electrical bugs like random warning lights that go on but they never rerun after turning the truck off and then back on. I’m glad we found a resolution but it was frustrating paying for a new truck and not having it work and Stellantis advanced techs /engineers unable to figure out why the issue was occurring.
This is the type of email I would send my case/retention manager. It’s decent info to keep on hand. If you haven’t started a ram cares case yet, I highly recommend that you do. Also, if you think you’d have better luck with a different dealer, maybe try another one.· 3/27/25 Bought RHO
· 4/1/25 1st noticed the Frontal Collision turned off Warning light on.
· 4/14/25 Noticed the blind spot warning lights flashing from the left to right mirror repeatedly and the radio started out blank on start up then slowly from bottom left would fill in, adaptive cruise control when set to the closest setting would reset itself back to longest range.
· 5/12/25 Warning Light Illumination Unavailable Service Required. This has happened several times during April and up to this date. I called the Service Department and scheduled a appointment for 5/16/25.
· 5/16/25 Service received the truck. I explained everything going on with it. They did a reset of the truck but didn’t know what was causing these issues.
· 6/6/25 All the same issues above were still happening. The reset did nothing. Warning Light Illumination Unavailable Service Required
· 6/29/25 Check Engine Light came on for several minutes and turned off.
· 7/1/25 Check Engine Light came on along with Warning Light Illumination Unavailable Service Required.
· 7/2/25 Trailer Brake Disconnected Warning and Service Trailer Brake System Warning. Called the Service Department and set up an appointment.
· 7/7/25 Scheduled Appointment Mainly for the Check Engine Light and to fix the other Warnings. They told me that it needed a module but were going to order 3 modules and replace all 3. Said 2 were a week out and the other is a dealer only part and was going to have to get another dealership to let the part go.
· 7/10/25 Started up my truck to go home and these were on SOS Call Unavailable, Service Electric Stability Control, Service Trailer Brake System Warnings. My house is 15 miles from my work. By the time I had driven 3 miles these were on Blind Spot Alert Unavailable, Service Airbag System, Service Active Damping System, Four Wheel Drive System Temporarily Unavailable, Traffic Sigh Assist Unavailable and the Mileage was flashing. Once home I took pictures and a video of it. Sent them to the Service Advisor. He said thank You and I can get you in for service the next week.
· 7/11/25 Got up to go to work and the truck was dead. No power at all. I advised my Sales Representative and called the Service Advisor. The Service Advisor said to call roadside assistance and that he was going on vacation next week and he would let one of the other Advisors handle it while he was out. Roadside Assistance sent a tow truck. The driver attempted to jump the truck with a jump box, and it wouldn’t start. He said this box will jump the roll back he was driving.
Agree.Every day someone comes to the forum and tries to convince everyone not to buy an RHO because of x, y and z. It sucks a select few have had catastrophic issues, but the overwhelming majority are pleased with the truck...or not swayed while waiting for theirs. These kinds of comments and threads do nothing for the community. It's one thing to come and let everyone know of a potential new issue we may have to look out for, very much like @itsmekylep with the 98mph limit. It's quite another to just show up and trauma dump on the rest of us daily. That energy would be better served at your dealer and Ram customer service, getting someone to do something for you.
