Well there is that also... Hahaha... JK... Hindsight I feel like odds of something going wrong are less by a little but again, of the 7000 trucks built per the awesome work of @Eighty Such a small percentage of issues are showing face. 90% are having little to no issues.
Over time, I would expect RAM to sweeten Level 0 with some Level 1 options to justify future price increases and/or standardize more equipment over a larger production volume. From my POV, I appreciated the Level 1 group’s simplicity. There is nothing else that I could want and I don’t feel nickel-and-dimed to death. No matter what the Level, these are great trucks!
My .02 cents. I have always gotten fully optioned vehicles, last being a raptor. I decided to order base in this truck since it was the same as 2024 level 1 group in TRX and always could buy a level 1 RHO down the road if the upgrade was worth it to me. Fast forward to thousands of miles on the truck, i am very happy with my choice.
Coming from the fully optioned raptor, base still is 1000x better in the RHO. I live in Montana so honestly have not missed the cooled seats one time but i know they are a must for you southern folks. I could care less about passenger screen, 12" main screen is more than plenty, self driving i would never use, i love having regular cruise control AND lane assist, perfect combo. Im the only person who drives my truck so dont care about memory seats. The fit and finish is top tier even in base, the leather is excellent, great fit and finish. zero complaints. Ive gotten so many compliments from people who have ridden in it. Ive been in level 2 TRX and level 1 RHO and not much difference besides carbon fiber.
TBH massaging seats are the only thing that appealed to me in the level 1 package. 360 cameras would be nice offroad but the proximity sensors and my eyes work flawlessly.
So for me personally i am beyond happy to save $10k for shit i would not use but totally depends on each person. Next one i order i may just get L1 for the massaging seats.

Couldn't agree more. I think it's the only non LED light on the truck.

Get one from Mopar - Its plug and play... I did, and makes me a little more happy. Hated seeing that stupid thing.

I probably will. Just got my truck Saturday and it's already bothering me enough that I want to change it.
I was the same way... LOL.. Finally I couldn't take it anymore. Confirmed it was plug and play and then ordered from a buddy of mine at dealer near me. Part # you want is - 68551077AB
Level 1 brake light only takes 2 screws, opposed to current one taking 3. Clean surface really good so you get a good seal and no chance of water intrusion. Don't over tighten the screws... And you're good to go...
If anyone needs a Level 0 3rd brake light, I have one I'll sell... FREE, just pay shipping cost...

Good looks on the part number! I ran a cheap LED 3rd brakelight off amazon on my 2020 Rebel when I had it, but I'm not putting that cheap one on this truck haha
The white gives me FOMO... Like everyone that has white spends so much less time cleaning their truck. Playing with the kids, driving, errands, launching, etc.... I would venture to say its a 3 to 1 ratio of Black to white cleaning hours...

Unless you’re me. Just ask my wife how many times I wash the RHO and MX-5. She is convinced I’m hurting the paint washing it so often. Both got done Saturday and now I just finished the Merc

I've been thinking about just doing a bulb swap to LED's, but this might look a little more premium. Is the level 1 brake light just lights, or does it have cameras for the 360 system?

Bulb swap way less cost, but to me the cost was't the issue. It was the look. I think the level 0 brake light they put on our trucks has been around since 2010. LOL
Does the cam work, or do you have to flash the software?
No, it is a seperate coax which we dont have in level 0. You just plug in the light and that works just fine. Cant get 360 cam on a truck that doesnt have it. Besides I think that is the rearview mirror cam. Not 100%, but pretty sure.
