I wanted to pass on the sales rep Ashley Ratliff really made my experience one of the best in buying a vehicle at 63 I have a purchased a few now very professional and detailed oriented I placed a order the next morning I had my VON at that time I realized that there was an add on I missed I called she pick up the phone I explained the issue and in a very short time period I received a call back she that Dodge excepted the change order to care of the paperwork the next day I had my Von and VIN numbers I have nothing but great things to say about Mark Dodge and Ashley.
