Final update: dropped truck at dealer this morning. Had it done by 10 am, brand new passenger headlight installed since original was peeling. Then replaced the suspension control module for the issue I have been having and finally fixed it. Thank god
Trip 1 (may): they reset module and checked connections, said it was fixed. "service active dampening" came back the second I picked it up
Trip 2 (june) : not really sure what they did but after this visit told me they need to order front shock since its throwing the code... ..
Trip 3(july) : shock finally came in and got it installed, did not fix the issue so brought it back in
Trip 4 (july) : checked truck out again and said the next step is to order new suspension control module which was backordered
Trip 5(today) : suspension module came in, was installed , calibrated and finally fixed the service active dampening message. Yay .
Super minor thing just annoying more than anything. Truck honestly doesn't feel any different but I can FINALLY pick suspension modes. So stoked. Now I can just enjoy my truck and avoid the dealership like the plague.
Do any of you think its worth my time to reach out to ram cares for this hassle or not worth the trouble/time?
