So. Had this thing 5 days. Besides the laggy response time (really??) it’s been a hoot.

This chirp has been doing this since day 1 - I assumed it was a normal thing with these engines but wanted to verify.

Normal on these or no?

This 1500 Ram is approaching 2 years of production and is still having issues getting parts...Complete Bullshit is my opinion...My last Ram went 5 years without being in the shop once!...After purchasing my RHO I know what the service managers children look like

It appears I’m heading that way - he’s seen me twice in first week of ownership - but has been really good about it. His words were “not what you except on a brand new RHO….”.

My 2020 was generally really really good with a couple small issues. Hopefully they can get parts and fix this infotainment issue. Lost the right and left channel this morning. No idea WTF is going on. Tried the iPhone reset - nope. Got front and back but nothing on L/R.

I would just ask nicely if they could help with something else in the future for your time. Ask for a free oil change or something like that in the future. I got a discount on labor when getting my power running boards put on. They came with stripped studs from the factory and when i went in I asked since we already have the truck here and time on the job with fixing that what are my options to just upgrade to power running boards? I showed him some pricing online and asked him to help me out. I know I could have done it myself, but withthe factory warranty and an entire Saturday back, I thought it was worth it.

Aren't they all? Sure seems that way, and they know nothing about what they are selling you. We have more knowledge than them.

Go to the manager, be super polite and explain your frustration in person, and see if he can help. A 5 minute conversation could save you hundreds. If nothing after that roast them on Google with a 2 star review and in the review say something nice then state what happened. 2 star reviews carry way more weight than the 1 stars. Can you try another dealer thats in the area too?

I have a friend who works in data analytics and he said generally people take the two start reviews with more legitimacy. Why you also say something nice. Sorry to hear that though.
