Truck stuck at rail yard

Little recap on my order…..

Order placed - 10/21
Built - 11/24
Shipped - 12/4

My estimated delivery started out for 2/5/25 and quickly changed to 12/16/24. On 12/15 it moved to 12/28 and as of yesterday it moved to 1/5/25. My dealer wasn’t very forthcoming with updates or info until I bitched and complained today. Apparently my truck has been sitting at the rail years in Toledo,Ohio since 11/26. The dates don’t even line up with the tracker and no one knows why it’s not been picked up and delivered. The logistics of this company as some of the worse I have had to deal with in recent memory.

Do they get on the rail in Sterling Heights or do they ship them on a truck to a railyard somewhere close-ish? Last I was updated mine was arriving at the railyard in Elkhart, IN on the way to Portland, OR but that's not very far from Sterling Heights so not sure if the train was just passing through or if that's where it was starting.
