Looked at the OCD Plug. Any other suggestions for G19 or G23?

I would consider your favorite IWB holster. That’s what I did, I place it right where it is in that picture, with the waist band clips inside that pocket. Holster stays secure to the outer pocket wall and pistol stay secure with the retention level you prefer. Mine sits lower than that pic, but you can adjust the ride height to your liking on grabbing the pistol comfortably and securely

I had a magnet strip in my rebel that held my G19 perfectly. Good idea with the iwb.
