What did you do to your RHO Today?

Hey!...I resemble that remark...And you don't ride a Harley for 30+ years because of its quality...

I didn't have your typical Harley, either. 2022 Nightster 975, liquid cooled, etc. More of a Euro bike than a Harley. Plenty of power, loved being high in the RPM range....just didn't like that it would die all the time and I'd have to pull the main fuse to reset the system and get it started again. Only rode it 2500 miles in 2.5 years.

On the pre-2025 Ram DT models, any water leaking down behind the dash was known to fry the BCM. Although somewhere along the way with the 2025-2026 models, I heard that it was moved (or protected?) so that this was no longer an issue. But this sure sounds like a cause & effect scenario (if the windshield was indeed tinted).

When I had my TRX tinted I found a guy who knew his head from his ass. He assured me he would use soaker ropes (at least 2) and towels on the entire dash before spraying any water. He had done plenty of other mopars and I had absolutely zero issues.

Windshield was indeed tinted by the shop.. I read something about that possibly being an issue. However, the shop use a drying sleeve along the bottom so I don’t think that would’ve done it. Cannot guarantee for sure on my end as I wasn’t there.

It's a backer plate that sandwiches the grille..I put mine where Rada suggested.

Ahh I see on there website now. I bought the OEM size that didn’t come with the grill mount. Well I’ll have to Jerry rig one up.

Borla ATAK. Simple install. Suggest a pipe cutting wrench rather than a sawzall and dropping the muffler bracket rather than fighting dual hangers. Need seat time before I offer an opinion beyond idle is much improved.

5 months ago I traded my 2019 Ram Power Wagon. The PW had 78K miles on it and looked and ran like a new truck.
About 325 miles ago while driving to the airport my CEL came on. The truck was running great and I had to get to the airport to pick up my granddaughter. Truck ran great there and back. The next day I plugged in my code reader (FIXD). The code was P013E. I reset the code, 325 miles later the CEL has not come back on.
Back to my Power Wagon story- after the CEL came on I was pissed so for the hell of it I went on line to look at used Power Wagons and there it was...my Power Wagon for sale! Couldn't believe it. I had a chance to get it back. They text me the next day telling me that it had sold. They saved me from myself because I was going to buy it.
I love the RHO and if I could do it over I would have kept the PW.
