Who's all had CAT issues?

Yes I did the 2.7 inch eibach kit. But it was doing that even before I lifted it. You have a link to a thread where others are talking about this issue? If so I'd appreciate the link.
You’re the first I’ve heard of having the issue before the lift. If you search Eibach or Foutz on here you’ll find it. A couple of us stumbled upon the issue by chance.

After asking around and doing some digging every single person having the issue has 2” or bigger leveling kit. I came across one guy with a 1.6 from Eibach who said he’s a experiencing it, but he also has a JB4.

I was able to talk with Bobby at Zona motorsports here in AZ and he made a new ride height sensor link. Once installed both our trucks shift fine now. Eibach and Foutz have acknowledged the issue and pulled anything over 2” from there website.

Service manager said nothing new for me. But mentioned a new TSB for the waste gate rattle. It’s going to be new C-clips on the waste gate rod
ok yea I had that done in April when Mark Dodge prepared my truck. Thanks

Yes sir, according to the report provided by Mark Dodge upon pickup on May 9 (not April, my mistake).
Interesting. My dealer is usually pretty good, but didn’t mention that last time I was in and asked about the rattle. Good to know anyway, thanks!

Mine has a rattle as well, what is it? What's the, C-clip?
Depends on where you think your rattle is coming from. The waste gate actuator arm is connected with a c-clip that rattles and that is mostly heard in the cab under acceleration and also if I drive along a brick wall or something for the sound to bounce off of, I can really hear it. Apparently, there is a TSB to fix that with a new clip. My dealer had to order the parts. There is also some truck with a louder rattle, mostly heard on cold start. That seems to be the exhaust valves. I cut mine out and welded a strait through and that seemed to solve that.

Thanks for the reply, I'll have to look into this.

Thanks, that's greatly appreciated. On a side note have you ever had an issue with your dash being annoyingly squeaky when hitting bumps? Mine just started, I hate it. I know it's the dash because as it's squeaking, I'll push it towards the windshield and it will instantly stop. Almost like it's missing a bolt or a clip or something.

Actually, mine did just start doing that the other day when I was driving across town. I haven't been in the dirt since that has started, but I can see it becoming a problem.

Yeah it's definitely a problem. I can't drive on a normal, slightly bumpy road without hearing it now. Guess it's a good thing we got that Harmon Kardon hahaha, that's the only fix for now. But I do find that if you give the dash a forceful push forward it goes away for about 30 miles or so. Pro tip 😁
