RHO owners have got to be the most patient group of vehicle owners out there. Crazy the amount of issues you had and still enjoy the truck, and probably recommend it to people.

It's like dating a Extremely Hot woman...This shit you put up with for the Ride...

Well.....the Gremlin gods came after my RHO and took no mercy!

Started up RHO yesterday and this happened:
failures affecting multiple systems simultaneously, including:

• Blank infotainment/display screen
• Loss of HVAC and fan controls
• Inoperative power windows
• Inoperative power tailgate
• Flashing check engine light

Dealer says it only needs a new infotainment screen. I'm not buying that is the solution (considering I have nearly 4 pages of codes that printed out (ECU configuration mismatch; Lost Communication with BCM).

Parts department says they don't even have a part # to reference let alone order. So while my $90k loaded RHO sits on dealer lot getting dirty....i've been downgraded to a base model wrangler and ZERO answers!

Been through this ****show with Grand Wagoneer in 2022. Not going to let this one persist!

The chat feature was the only feature to initiate claim. 90 minutes trying to raise a human only to get cut off every time. Nothing like throwing salt in a wound!
