did you talk to the dealer? thats part of what you are paying for!

That's not how it works here. Proper forum order of operations:

1. Post on forum vaguely describing the perceived issue and asking if anyone else has had this. The madder you can be about it, the better. Extra bonus points if it's not an issue at all but just something you didn't bother to learn about the truck you spent $80k on.
2a. If someone has had the same issue, take to dealer
2b. If someone else hasn't had the same issue, take to dealer

Yes, I'm still trying to get them to believe me that I'm supposed to have handsfree !!! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :D
what does your app say as far as expiration etc?

No, the dealership is telling me there is no such thing !!! I am educating them that it does exist !! I'm still waiting for them to hear back from a rep to tell them how its supposed to work ! Cause for the last three months they have been telling me theres only the one that you have to touch the wheel with a finger. 2 days ago they finally found out i'm supposed to have total "handsfree" :ROFLMAO:

Are you trying it on roads that are mapped for hands free?

The dealers don't know. Too much for them to learn - especially all the small nuances with each type of vehicle and trim level - they only know the standard sales pitch. Unfortunately you'll have to do your own research. My dealer didn't even know answers to my questions about air suspension for the RHO (it's not adjustable height like on other trims such as the Laramie).

If you have the level 1 package, it comes with hands-free free subscription for 3 years - after that you pay $15 per month. Also hands-free is only on approved roads under favorable driving conditions (lines easily visible, good weather, traffic not too dense, etc).
