Truck has been in TBD shipped status for about 2 weeks. Dealer rep said it was waiting for rail. Got the call that the truck is at the dealership! Tracker never updated.

I'm in the same boat. WS issued 2/16/26 but shipping is still "TBD".

It’s kind of useless in that regard. My tracker is still showing it hasn’t shipped but it’s already at my dealer.

Same, I already setup the new truck in the ram app, still shows built but not shipped.

After you place your order the dealer will provide you with your order number. Just need that and your last name.

Ignore that. I should have read what you were asking lol. Good question BTW. Even with VIN it says to call and agent to add it to your account. I assume the dealer does that when you pick it up. Perhaps calling an agent, you can have them add it?

I already did the financing via Zoom. A few hours later got an email from Uconnect saying add your new truck!

I received the invite today shortly after wiring the money. You have to “take delivery” of the vehicle and you will receive a text link. I’m not finishing the sign up until I have possession of the vehicle as I think that’s when the clock starts.
