There's no telling, and it's not really a linear deal anyhow. Ram has already build 454 (of 1000) trucks in the 289 group. This is for all trims, not just the RHO.

@Eighty This is the last update I got from the dealer, does the Estimated Ship Date (Still Build Process): 2025-12-12 mean that it is actually scheduled to be built on that date and I should see the BS shortly after?

Yes, you would generally expect a build sheet the next business day after the estimated ship date (which is the build date). Since yours is on a Friday, you'd likely see it next Monday (12/15).

FYI, not sure if it will ultimately affect the RHO:
Someone on the 5th Gen forum noticed a window sticker (for a Rebel) that listed "Steel Sport Hood" under optional equipment. So I did some research, and about 1/3 of all trucks being built (since right before Thanksgiving) have steel hoods instead of aluminum. I haven't found any RHO build sheets yet with steel hoods, but I'll keep an eye out.
There's one RHO build sheet that has the term "Adrian Steel - Kansas City MO", but I don't know what that's about. Only a handful of all trucks (54 as of right now) have that listed.
I suppose it doesn't really matter one way or the other, what the hood is made of. Might just add a little weight if it's steel.

I believe this is due to a fire at the aluminum plant.

Mine is just listed as a Performance Hood.
The 183 group is almost done. 964 of 1000 trucks, that's about as close as Ram ever gets to finishing out.
Tell me more about this fire, I haven't heard about it.
lol I know one that isn’t finished….
I got this message going back and forth with a guy that was helping me out that works in the paint shop:
“I'll look it up in the morning when I get there, I'm not surprised, they have us on emergency status, all 3 shifts working 6/7 days, our suppliers can't keep up, fire at aluminum plant pushed us further behind, last I heard we were over 30,000 in the hole, we even worked Black Friday & Sunday trying to make a dent, we sat in my department more than we ran lol, but I'll definitely look and see what your status is in the morning”
So here's what I found. I guess these steel hoods are a short-term measure until the supply chain recovers. The steel hoods started showing up on 11/25 or so, only a couple of days after the second fire.
Timeline of Events:
- Sept 16, 2025: Fire at Novelis Oswego plant damages the hot mill.
- Oct/Nov 2025: Ford and Stellantis announce production cuts; financial impacts become clear.
- Nov 20, 2025: A second, smaller fire occurs at the same Novelis facility, disrupting recovery plans.

One more question regarding the build sheet release date. If the build sheet is released after the vehicle passes final inspection why do I have a build sheet since 10-30-25 but my vehicle is still stuck in inspection?

Mine showed up at the dealer on Wednesday. I am out of town but I asked my wife to run by and do some recon. She sent me these photos. I take delivery tomorrow.
I think you’re confusing build sheet and window sticker. You get a window sticker after final inspection. Build sheet is after it comes off the production line.
