Hey Eighty, Thank you again for all you do! Are you still seeing that a very large percentage of the WS are on trucks with Bed Utility Group? I didn't order on this Ram, since the spray in Bedliner was now standard & didn't feel the remaining items were worth $945! I guess I would have ordered the BUG if I would have known my truck would get finished faster...lol

Here's a chart showing the two (BUG and non-BUG trucks). It would appear that the trucks on the wait list (i.e., built, but no WS) without BUG have spiked, whereas the ones with BUG have dropped. But don't read too much into this, as there could be other explanations. For example, it could just be that most of the trucks being built recently don't have BUG. Or it could be that a ton of trucks were held up waiting for BUG parts and now that logjam has broken through. I can't see pending orders, so I don't know anything more than what's shown below.

Please help with my ignorance. How does a production line work when they shut down for multiple days during the holidays? I am starting to have anxiety over my RHO going into production just before Christmas and also still being in production as New Years is upon us. How many bolts are going to be forgotten about? I actually didn’t realize there was a halt in production these days and figured the show must go on 24/7/365, just not on leap year! Thank you for any insight with this 🤠

I don't know the answer to this, maybe someone else does. I would assume that the entire line just stops in place, and restarts where it left off. It's an assembly line, so I don't see why anyone would forget something. Let's say Joe is at station 327 and he installs front seats on every truck coming down the line. When he picks back up after the holiday, he'll just take the next truck in line and install the seats like normal. The only reason he'd forget a bolt on the next truck is if he's still drunk from New Year's Eve. Here's a good video from inside of SHAP, it'll give you a decent idea of what the assembly line looks like.

Good morning and thank you @Eighty! I’ll check that video out as I have never seen a Stellantis production line viodeo. I just didn’t realize they ever got a break or think about it until now 🤣 Happy New Year to you and the RHO Crew 🎉

Hi Eighty, I checked on the window sticker lookup site refrenced on pg.9 today and they said the window sticker was availablefor my vin #1C6SRFUP8TN248634. Do you know where they get them, a month or so ago I checked the site it didn't show up?

You don't have a window sticker yet. Just a build sheet. Not sure what you're seeing that says you have a window sticker.

IT was the Windowstickerlookup.com site posted on pg. 9 of this thread by SATX. Sorry to bug you but just frustrated with the lack of progress for a truck that went through the line 10-27-25. Dealer doesn't know whats holding it up, Ram Cares doesn't know where it is although I think it may be an AI bot. You seem to be the most connected source I have found. Thanks for being there for us.

That is the first truck I ordered. I was told it was unable to pass inspection and a new order had to be placed. Strange for sure.
