I have noticed that after the installation of the CAT6 I am no longer receiving a Vehicle Health Report in the Ram app. All other aspects of the app are still communicating with the truck except the Health report. I have left the OBD2 connected from the Cat6 harness plugged in since install. Has anyone else experienced this? I have not tried unplugging the OBD2 from the Cat6 to see if it changes anything. Does anyone run their Cat6 without the OBD2 plugged in?

I have noticed that my health report has not updated and I'm not really sure if it is related to my CAT6 but it is entirely possible. On my 2021 Limited I had a Superchips programmer that had a SGW bypass and it had the same issue so it is entirely possible that is the cause.

Do you know how long it has been since yours updated? I’m only 6 days so far so it may fix it self.

Mine last updated on 12/31. Something must be wrong with the app updating.

How often do y'all normally get the Health Reports? On my 2022 TRX, it's only about once a month (mine hasn't updated since 12/16/25). Do y'all get them a lot more regularly?

I was getting them daily sometimes more than once per day.

My app hasn’t updated any vehicle info since Christmas Day and I do not have either tuner……….. yet anyways. Hope that helps

They are onto you bro. I hear thats what happens when they flag your vehicle for void of warranty

Yeah , I just logged out and then back in to the app and now everything is current

Since my new truck is on the way I decided to uninstall my Cat6, after going 63 days without an update it finally actually updated after the Cat6 was removed.

Why do you think ram cares collected all the vins when they asked who wants to be first to test key as phone. Now they adding cat6/jb4 into their notes next to vin numbers
