Auto door locks?

Using witech II, and my pods are updated and used daily on newer than my vehicle. Just checked one with VCI and no update.

The tech here at work that I "allow" to work on my truck is in training today. I will get with him tomorrow and ask him to show me where he was able to see the toggle on/off for the auto lock

Appreciate it. Went into IPC and theres nothing to enable. Im not a tech, but have used and played with witech for years.

It’s there trust me, I watched them do it. Drop down menu in misc functions then customer programmable functions.

No the dealer has to do it

Just call Mark Dodge and have them walk you through it (with dealer tech present) under the IPC menu, you CANNOT do it on uconnect.

Thank you. I have same tool as dealer. Will plug in again tomorrow, but spent a good 30 minutes a few weeks ago trying to enable. I am not new to Witech hence my confusion.

I have zero options for anything. See image. Even had a couple of my techs check it as well. This one is throwing me for a complete loop.

Glad I found this thread. Thought I was going crazy without it auto locking and not being able to find it in the menu.

Off to the dealer I go again.
