The stock lugs do not really even cover the unpainted portion unfortunately.

I have them on beadlock wheels, I can take a better photo tomorrow. Not sure about black factory wheels though.

I haven't had good luck with gorilla brand, on second set on my wife's Wrangler and rusting again.
I found this brand for the RHO and 5000+ miles in through harsh winter and no rust.

That is the benefit of a stainless version which is why the new ones released are a stainless cap just like that.

The other ones are just a steel lug nut.
