Is any of the powertrain warranty transferable?

No. Reverts back to the factory 5 year / 60k powertrain warranty. Only the original owner gets the 10/100.

Yup, just ram marketing. They know for a fact about 99% of 2026 will be delivered AFTER september and therefore they would only have to give minimal trucks the 100k mile warranty. tricky bastards . LOL.

I can’t imagine this goes over well with buyers. Maybe I’m being naive but how many people are going to be happy to find out that when they step into a dealer, there’s no 26s on the lot but somehow you need to score one before September to get the extended warranty.
