A few days ago, I got the Warning Light Illumination Unavailable Service Required message. It went away when I restarted it. Today, I look down to see the odometer blinking, so I checked the battery. 14.1 while driving. As soon as I shut off the engine, it was 12.4 and red. I saw a few posts on similar symptoms, so I guess I’m getting a couple of new batteries this week. 8 months and 5,000 miles.

Any other items it might be besides the batteries?

Thanks.

I had the blinking ODO once. Shut the truck off, restarted and never saw it again.

I got the blinking odometer as well. It started blinking after the dealer did the recalls and a software update. Have to bring it in this week just to get it to stop blinking. The service manager said they see this a lot after an update. Truck drives good, batteries are doing well, so I'm a bit scared to bring it back in. There is always something else that gets screwed up.
