On the resale point - I tend to agree that Ford generally holds better resale than Ram.
However, I got nearly $14k off the sticker price on mine, and my buddy couldn’t find a Raptor with a single dollar off MSRP around here, so he paid full price. It’s going to be a while before we break even on depreciation at those figures, if it ever happens. We had a similar scenario on our last truck purchases, and I ended up losing less on my Ram simply because I had a better discount up front.
Who knows what is going to happen to RHO resale… especially when TRX comes back to market.

Spoke to a local dealer in FL today, as of July, the RHO has a 50% residual value after 48 months with 10,000 miles per year metrics.

Not sure if that changes your enthusiasm at all.
The ram feels alot more planted and handles better, my raptors had ass ends that seemed to hop around at speed, especially on pavement. Holy cow you can hit corners way faster in the RHO.
The suspension on the ram feels stiffer at low speed but much more plush and a much smoother ride at high speed.
The power is much better, the RHO feels twice as fast as my raptor. I was getting 6+ second 0-60 in the raptor and in the 4s with the RHO.
I love the AWD in the RHO, perfect traction and we get lots of snow in MT. RWD in the raptor annoyed me.
I prefer the sound of the RHO exhaust, the Raptor sounds like a fartbox trombone, where the I6 is much smoother and more refined and quieter. Im usually a loud exhaust guy but the RHO in stock form does something for me. Perfect blend of quiet when you want it and loud enough when you get on it.
When you combine the amazing interior of the RHO and the raw power, it is an unmatched driving experience. The power is so fkn smooth baby.
Honestly the main reason to get the RHO is the Raptor has the annoying ass Ford "ding" sound on the interior, like the dinging noises ALL THE TIME. My nightmares were haunted by the stupid ass noises. SO unnecesary. My RHO never beeps at me unless i neglect my seatbelt on a backroad.
You cant really lose. I am loving my RHO a bit more everyday. Came from a TRX. It was hard to get used to the sound and the turbo lag, but with a forum dealer discount, the RHO is a tremendous value. Wife and daughter love the comfort - esp the ventilated and massaging seats. They have an Audi and a Mercedes, respectively. The Level 1 RHOs is better appointed than either. I have a Forged Blue Metallic but either trading or selling for a Canyon Lake. Good luck.
I’m in coral gables. What area are you? And I’ve been very impressed with the service at Brickell. Bomnin very so so. Ordered the truck at Mark though.
From a financial perspective I think the f150 holds value because its very hard to get any discounts a dealer might do a few thousand whereas on a ram you are getting $10k or more in discounts so if you bought a ram at sticker you are going to get killed on resale but if you got a large discount you are minimizing the depreciation. I had a some issues with my gen3 raptor, I was back at the dealer within a day or purchasing with battery related issues. Unfortunately my issues continued. I don't think the gen3 holds a candle to the rho especially on the interior. Would I consider a ford again in the future, I probably would but Ford really needs to step up their game for the gen4 raptor imo. Also, at least in my area the Ford dealers are a nightmare to deal with if you are trying to buy a raptor, they think its made of gold. After having issues with my gen3 with the ecoboost I tried to find an R and I was treated like garbage from dealers who had them sitting for months. I am very happy with my rho so far from quality and performance. If I had to choose an rho or a gen4 raptor with the 3.5, rho all day.

I owned a 2019 Rebel and loved that truck. The interiors of the new RHOs have minimal updates from the 5th Gen Rams. Ordered an RHO in January and sold my Rebel but the RHO never got built. Ended up finding a 2025 Raptor 37 at a local dealership and I'm 100% satisfied with it. I have a bad disc in my lower back and didn't think I'd find a truck more comfortable than the Ram seats but the Recaros in the Raptor are as good/better.
I do a few big off-road trips a year and the 37s are better for me with more rock crawling and clearance challenges across Southern Utah. The Raptor is a blast to drive on the street, I imagine the RHO might be even more fun on the street based on suspension tuning and higher power.
I'm also tall (6'5") and have 3 kids + dog. Both trucks are plenty spacious.
I could own either truck and be happy. I wish I saw more RHOs driving around, I love the look of them but I also think the 24/25 model year Raptors have a great look with the face-lifted headlights.

It really just depends on where you place value in your vehicle. Do you want a slightly better suspension and maybe slightly better offroad fast desert running capability? Go Raptor.
If you want a nicer interior, better gadgets, a better place to spend inordinate amounts of time, a faster and more refined truck and all the creature comforts? Go RHO. It really is that simple.

After 90 days and 3900 miles I love my RHO. Much funner and refined interior and get many more compliments from strangers than I did on my ‘22 Raptor. This is my third Ram in the current generation and I’ve loved them all, but they serve different purposes. RHO is the best for daily driver, fun, head turning.
There's pros and cons to each truck. I'm sure on a Raptor forum they'll be pro Raptor as on this forum it's pro RHO.
I have a 26 RHO on order and while waiting for it to get a build date I've been looking at Raptors. One thing I think the 3.5 Eco has over the 3.0 Hurricane is the Eco has both Direct Injection and Port Injection.

What makes you think the Raptor is cheaper ??????? My RHO was $11000 cheaper than the Raptor !! And I bought mine in Michigan, not at Mark Dodge !!!
I'm with ya on the "looks old when new" thats why I bought the RHO !!!!My vantage point but realize I’ve never owned a Raptor.
1. Better looking
2. Better Engine (I6 > V6)
3. Superior Interior
4. Much Quicker
5. Less Expensive
6. Not every Tom, Dick and Harry own one
7. Sounds better
8. Did I mention so much better looking?
Every time I see a Raptor, the owner is checking out our RHO and let’s be honest, the Raptor looks old brand new.
I had QC issues and only the battery issue but I kinda saw that coming with how long it sat in between stages.
It’s so much fun and such a blast to drive. It gets looks by everyone and we don’t even have the bed graphics.
I think you’ll love the RHO and regret not getting it if you get the Raptor.
Living here in Texas, everyone has a Raptor so no one even notices them. I like that too.
