*IF* they release a Mopar Cat6, they would be hard pressed to deny warranty claims on a JB4 if the tune numbers were similar...I think if you kept it on Map 1, you'd be fine. Also they'd have to prove it was the tune that messed it up. The fact that they are even entertaining this, means that the engine can handle it and will most likely be fine.
Unfortunately they can do whatever they want when/if they find an aftermarket tune and want to be assholes. Magnuson-Moss doesn't really mean shit. It's not like you just shout those words inside a dealership and they're forced to accept the warranty claim. Under the rare occasion catastrophic failure does happen, they could give you some broad, bullshit reason as to how it's tied to the tune, and the only way to fight them over it is to bring them to court- where you'll spend $10k and then lose anyway prob.

Used to hear about it all the time in the WRX STI community. People getting denied engine warranty work due to having COBB Accessports. Then they'd act all surprised when the famed Magnuson-Moss warranty act that everyone parrots online 24/7 didn't do shit for them. It's part of the reason I'm so hesitant to tune, and why I am SO excited for this alleged Mopar Cat6.

Do I worry too much? Yes 🤣

They have one, non carbon, for half price with similar results. Let us know how it works!
Shouldn't the gains be the same ?? I can't see the material it's made out of making the HP any different !!!
