yea there isn't much info about it, I think it was rumored to be something around that power gain, probably to keep the warranty etc

but now it seems it's going to be more than that... wouldn't it be funny if DC dropped the tuner altogether and just licensed the JB4 with custom maps?

hey, they are supercharging 5.7 to 600hp and 6.4 to 700 hp without replacing any internals, 100hp / 120 lfbt is a breeze for stock HO hurricane

The tuner would be very cheap to manufacture and I doubt the R&D would be that much. If this engine really can just dialed up with a tuner, I wonder if transmission, and drivetrain components would be part of say an ~$11K package, before labor.

• Turn the vehicle's ignition to the ON position (engine can be running or off).

• Push the window switch down to open the window completely.

• Keep holding the switch down for 3 to 5 seconds after the window is fully open.

• Pull the window switch up to close the window completely.

• Keep holding the switch up for 3 to 5 seconds after the window is fully closed.

• Test the automatic feature by briefly pressing or pulling the switch to see if auto-up and auto-down work properly.

• Repeat the entire process a second time if the automatic function does not work on the first try

No not yet but I will. RAM certainly isn't the only manufacturer that's had issues with automatic up/down windows. The ones in my son's 2021 Bronco lost programming about every 4 weeks it seemed. Haven't had that issue in his 2025.

We already know the stock engine can handle enough HP to send a D150 into the 9’s.

The engine is amazing.

And I did a crappy rolling run(from 50mph) with my friends TRX this morning and I was gaining ever so slightly.

What's the setup on your RHO compared to the TRX? And is it the engine that would be the weak point on a tune, or the transmission handling the power?

I know the question was for Ramfan. The weak point of the two would be the transmission not that the transmission is weak. Out of all the people Stellantis has given motors to for the purpose of racing aka advertisement. None of them have hurt the motor yet. Several of them have found the limit of the transmission.

I would agree with @D&Sadventure … it’s always been said these transmissions are not as strong as they should have been.

I have not seen someone meet the limit here , but I do know they make kits to handle a bunch more power but I’m still under warranty.
