Hello all, New to forum figured I would share my build as well. Just got the call that my Ram RHO level 1 will be at the dealership by Friday!

Dang that’s quick! Mine shipped 2/25. Still waiting.

How did you get access to app? It won’t let me, it asked me to call agent.. with my first RHO I just scanned the VIN and it connected right away

I called an agent. They told me I couldn’t add it without a bill of sale. I called back and got another agent. They added it.

It said April 13th at first but updated to TBD a couple of weeks ago. Ship date was supposed to be 2/20

Do you have any estimated delivery date on the tracker?

I don't know what 'Advanced Parking Technologies' is, but that's where it sits... according to the app.

Are you still here? My truck made it here last night from the factory. I wonder what this facility is for. Staging for shipment via truck? I don't see any railways there, just trucks

I’ve got a strange one for you.

My truck according to the tracker was built on 2/26

I connected the truck to the app the day before on the 25th. There are only two recorded drives in the ram app. One on the 25th, one on the 26th. Both at this Advanced Parking Technologies.

The tracker shows shipped on 3/8 but the RAM app still just shows that the last recorded drive was on the 26th.

So what does shipped actually mean?

The only thing I can think of is that the last drive recorded on the 26th was it being loaded onto a truck and the truck just sat there waiting to be filled up for 10 straight days before leaving?

I dunno. Seems strange.

This is exactly what I’m talking about. Why is it so unorganized. Have you talked to your dealer?

Orderd 1/9/2025 and will be here 3/28/2025. Confirmed with dealer. Once it shows shipped on tracker if you got any add-ons (like the bed liner) it goes somewhere else first then is shipped to the dealer.

Maybe it’s on a railcar somewhere. App probably won’t update location until it’s started up again

So me theory seemingly is correct. Dealer responded and said
“It's in proviso illinois on a rail car. Eta is 3/17 to 3/25”

I have no idea how the hell it made it onto a rail car without being driven onto the train since again, last recorded drive was on 2/26 at advanced parking technologies.

Either the app didn’t record the drive from a semi, onto the train, or there’s some way of removing the car carrier from a semi and putting it directly onto a train without having to turn on the vehicle. Which I guess would be possible.

Just got this update. It drove for 1 minute… does anybody know what this means?

looks like it finished body vendor and is about to be shipped out from the factory. mine was there exactly a few days ago, now at advanced parking on the border.

I have no recorded drives on my app. Just shows my truck after it’s been unloaded from rail. It’s just sitting in a parking lot for 5 days now.

No sir, sat there for 2 days then back on a truck over to the rail yard in Detroit...one quick trip of it being loaded onto rail car and now I have no idea where it is. I guess that Advanced Parking is storage until shipping...I did a street view on Google maps and there was hundreds of Wagoneers parked in there. Strange that they truck them almost 2 hours to that lot for a couple days then truck them almost 2 back to the rail yard in Detroit.

If it hasn’t shipped, no way it comes in next week. Dealer can give a lot more info than tracker. I’d give them a call for an update.

Oh heck yeah, so weird and makes no sense but at least you are on the train. Im hoping my truck also only sits at the advanced parking lot for a few days then back to detroit to be on a railcar!

Mine has been marked shipped since 2/24 but tracker shows delivery as TBD and has been that way since day 1. Waiting to hear from dealer today.
