Well I got an update! tracker doesn’t show it but here’s what I got from my dealer. For those that don’t know, I placed a second order RHO when my May order didn’t have movement for like 5 months. Second order came in December and the engine hydrolocked at 49 miles and truck needed new engine, that’s the situation in the text that the head of mopar was pissed about and showed genuine concern.

So sounds like it should be shipping soon

I hate the tracker! Has anyone here seen their tracker change the shipped date? A couple of weeks ago it showed 27 March and today it shows 11 April. Wtf?

I had not heard of that, but you got me looking at mine. It originally had 4/5/2025. Now it says 4/8/2025.

She’s finally here! Picked her up this Saturday! Going from my Charger to this behemoth of truck so I’m still getting used to it, hence the shoddy parking . But it literally just sat in Michigan for 33 days, (for absolutely no reason), until I was finally able to get in touch with an employee at the Stellantis plant in Sterling, Michigan. About 5 days after he looked into it, I had it in hand

Who did you reach out to or how did you contact them? I'm built Feb 22 and no news or answers from anybody...

Same. Mine was built on 2/24 and marked shipped 2/24 but dealer says it’s just sitting at the plant. Customer service has been no help.

Ya just bad timing for us and anyone else in that short time frame. Mine still hasn't ever shown shipped. My window sticker link on the tracker showed mine then a big horn and now someone else's rho? Something weird has been going on. I'm fine waiting but knowing our trucks have just been sitting who knows where for 2 months is a little unsettling while paying mid 70s for it...never custom ordered a vehicle before but I thought that price range it would of been a much smoother and customer oriented process. I run our 4 generation family business and we're all about local and customer service so I guess I can't expect the same from a large company.

Wow after my dealer hung out with head of Mopar tracker updated to built and today tracker updated to shipped . Tracker moved twice in 2 days. Wasn’t planning on checking tracker for a week or 2 because it just updated yesterday

Trying to figure out when the tracker gets updated is it once a day at a time or just whenever Domino Douglas has an extra minute to go on a computer to update it during the day?

I sure as hell give up trying to understand it after it gave me a shipped date and then revised it to a different one 3 weeks later while keeping the same estimated delivery date. The tracker and I's bromance is over.

Built 2/24 and marked shipped 2/24. No actual shipping of the truck tho

That is what is holding up your truck? My truck was built on Feb. 24th and is still waiting to ship, wonder if that’s what’s holding up my truck. Ashley at Mark Dodge has been responsive, but with no information.

This is the only info I've gotten in two months...if it is really just a few clips come on. Ram site supposively has an escalation case on mine for a few days now and gotten an email from someone there apologizing and said it is shipping to the dealer...dealer said its still on that service status. So much conflicting info and don't know what to believe. Tracked of course hasn't moved since Feb

Finally showed up to Mark Dodge! Huge shoutout to the amazing team there. Now just to be shipped to Montana! cant wait to have my beautiful baby to tear up the streets, the mountains and the desert!! Ready to clean out my closet full of mods and get the wheels made for this bad girl! Exactly 11 months from order placed to Mark Dodge.
