JANUARY order updates!

Feb 22 builds update:
Called Ram customer service number today off the tracker website. On hold for 30 mins to just tell me its still in the build process and they don't have any more info. Contact dealer they said. Tried chat twice weeks ago and still got the same kick the tires answer.

Called Dealer: Talked to sales manager and they are still trying to figure it out. Said it could be a part shortage...decals, bed utility, other part that needs to be changed and updated. It's working to higher up the chain they said so hopefully get more of an answer back today.

Just wanted to report any info on here since I have seen a few others with build date Feb 22 and 24 that have been sitting idle with no answers for 2 months now. I will post on here with anything else I find out. If anyone else has any luck with the same issue and find any answer or solution please reply back on here to help me stay on the ledge and for the others as well.

They're probably researching @Faze issues and making sure you don't end up the same. (His shows built 24 Feb on the issues tracker) He has a video and a short on youtube.
 
Mine is in this mid Feb built/stuck in inspection limbo and just as a note I did not order the Bed Utility Group or Decals. Was a pretty cut and dry build but here we are.
 
I spoke with RAM customer service last Friday and lost my shit on the phone. My truck has been marked as shipped since 2/24 but not a single person can tell me anything about it other than it was still at the plant. Customer service was useless and I’m not sure the purpose they serve. They put me on hold and said they were calling someone in management but came back with no information. Ironically on Saturday my tracker showed an estimated delivery date of May 1st and up to that point it had only shown TBD. Dealer says it shows as KZP still in system but has a note of “out gate”. It’s unfortunate there’s no way to leave reviews of dealers like most businesses.

Exactly the Ram service number was a joke waited on hold for 30 mins to have them tell me there is a website with a tracker on it. I'm like no ****. Then just said its in the building process. If they can't get you somewhat more detailed info they should take all tracking off online. Definitely creates more issues since its so inaccurate.
 
The unreliable tracker updated the estimated delivery date today pushing it back to 5/09. That started at 4/23, pushed back to 5/01, and now 5/09......

I had a feeling though that it was here, could feel it in my plums, so decided to take a detour to the dealer tonight and sure enough it was sitting in the back of the lot!!!!!!

No idea when it actually got here but it had to be the past day or 2 as I had gotten an update from the dealer on Friday that it was waiting to be transported to them.

Now the wait for them to PDI it and contact me that's it's ready to be picked up!

Annnnnd that's why I'm glad I don't live near Mark Dodge. I'd have a restraining order against me by now 😂
 
For those tracking the orders. Mine was delivered and sold 04/18. Fortunately for me, I got my dream truck weeks before. Still amazed that I got the deal I did.

Right and no one gives any answers. Asked everywhere and nothing. Seeing so many after mine delivered now and more in stock at dealers around me really gives me no interest waiting anymore and taking delivery. Feel like my build is somewhat normal but nothing close enough to buy a different one in stock. I'll keep looking.

White, level 1, bed utility, sunroof, both decals (could do this afterwards myself)

Anyone see something like that or close let me know. I'm in MN.

It would be interesting to go in LinkedIn find a heavy hitter from stellantis that works in Michigan, and DM him with the issue. If the right people get a call from above them rather than below, they might move faster.
I feel some trucks are lost in the shuffle, and no one is looking to move them on.
