Beautiful and I LOVE the wheels...so elegant and sporty. Some pics of my wife's 2025 GW Series II Obsidian. The one thing it doesn't have that it really should at this price point....Automatic Driver Assist. It does have Driver Assist but you have to have 2 fingers on the steering wheel at all times, unlike the RHO where it will literally drive for you as long as you're paying attention and the roads are on the TomTom map.
Edit: Also I lied....510hp vs the RHO's 540. Still....plenty for this thing! It ain't slow!!!
Also....this picture doesn't really capture the proper colors...dark gray with black chrome wheels.

In all seriousness if they could put this out with the 2 L hurricane motor. I think it would kick ass. They might have to change the name to rho with all lowercase lettersGO WITH THE TRX NANO FOR THE WIN

It’s pretty rough on broken pavement…lots of impact harshness flows into the cabin…the big squishy “looking” tires & long travel suspension are meant for fast off-roading, not paved bridge abutment strips.Curious what issues you had with the RHO's ride quality
Interesting. I find my truck to ride precisely the opposite of that. It’s pretty rough on broken pavement…lots of impact harshness flows into the cabin…the big squishy “looking” tires & long travel suspension are meant for fast off-roading, not paved bridge abutment strips.
Talked with a service writer at the Tesla store while my wife’s vehicle was getting its 30K service. He has a ‘22 TRX & said the Bilsteins rode very firm, in his opinion. He switched them out for another brand (maybe Fox?) & the on-road ride & handling got 100% better.

Can’t imagine our RHOs rode any different. I kept my tires at 38psi & suspension in Baja or Auto, rarely Sport. Individual perceptions can differ greatly.Interesting. I find my truck to ride precisely the opposite of that.
I tend to agree with you. If I had to describe the ride of my RHO I would say if anything it’s to soft.Interesting. I find my truck to ride precisely the opposite of that.
Yep.I tend to agree with you. If I had to describe the ride of my RHO I would say if anything it’s to soft.
I honestly would rather have a hybrid than a full electric. We don't have solar and charging the current smaller SUV makes our electric bill hundreds more per month. It pushes us into a tier (CA Communism) that makes electricity a pain point. I think for now, Hybrids will be the solution that allows us to drive badA$$ trucks that do the opposite of being kind to the planet. HAHA. I used to drive by prius' in my EVO thanking them for doing what I didn't want to do. haha. Drive boring.I’m totally with you.
The REEV driveline would perfectly suit the GW.
BUT, I have zero faith Stellantis will get it right in the first few models years. If it survives until the next major refresh in 3-4 years, that might be a great option.
The other issue is cost. I saw the Monroney sticker on a mid-level Ram REV. It was over $110K! Of course, that’s pre-production, so who knows where it will actually land.
My gen 2 Raptor blows both my former TRX and my current RHO out of the water suspension/drive wise. It just rode so much better. Can’t imagine our RHOs rode any different. I kept my tires at 38psi & suspension in Baja or Auto, rarely Sport. Individual perceptions can differ greatly.
challenger.. bit lighter than ram of course, tried to find some photo of the dash, I think it even shown 560 miles to emptyWhat vehicle got 31mpg with the 6.4L? Is it all downhill to Carolina from your location?
Interesting as well I find that to be the opposite of Southern California pot hole roads. It’s pretty rough on broken pavement…lots of impact harshness flows into the cabin…the big squishy “looking” tires & long travel suspension are meant for fast off-roading, not paved bridge abutment strips.

It feels to me the spring rate on the front end is a bit bouncy.
That GW is sick, rides so smooth!View attachment 28576Here's my fleet, two with Hurricane and my TRX. Big fans of the Grand Wagoneer L. We have the series III obsidian with a tow package. Great family SUV especially for long road trips. Very minor warranty work on it so far.View attachment 28577
In my search for an RHO replacement, I drove the latest off-road version of that vehicle by Hyundai (Pallisade XRT-Pro?).That 2027 Kia Telluride looks pretty dope too. Turbo 4 hybrid platform getting 35mpg. Futuristic looking interior, boxy exterior, kinda gives Range Rover vibes.
