Limp Mode Again

I have a pedal commander from my 2019 Laramie that I refuse to use in my RHO because it put my truck into limp mode multiple times. It’s pretty damn scary when doing 80mph on the interstate and your peddle goes dead. I bought the banks after that and never had a problem. I’m hesitant to try the banks on the RHO with the battery drain people are reporting though.

Another update again just in case anybody’s wondering. Pick my truck up Saturday morning. They had to replace the fuse box. I guess that’s what their “book“ tells them to do with the warning lights I had on. Anyways, they did a bunch of software updates that have to do with Wi-Fi and Uconnect and some other shit I can’t recall right now. I do remember something about a throttle update too, but I could be wrong. I have the paperwork at home if anybody’s interested I could post a pic. Truck seemed fine so I said fuck it and threw on the Diablo CAT 6 thanks to @brecatto and the sweet deal he gave me. From what I’ve read it seems like the Diablo has a lot less issues than the JB4 paired with the pedal commander or another throttle controller. Took me about 15 minutes to install. When I was done, there was a check engine light on but cleared after about four ignition cycles. All seems well now and this fucker rips on level two with the throttle set to level three or extreme, I think. We shall see.

And for what it’s worth, I do not believe the part they replaced had anything to do with the limp mode issue or the throttle body. Again, I think they were just doing what their book tells them to do. But we will see if any of these updates may have solved the issue. These people in the service department really have no freaking clue what they’re doing and look like a bunch of gang bangers being directed by by my purple haired bull ring in her nose service advisor
